By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Bath, had much fun and met excellent friendly and excellent staff from check-in to check-out. The executive king suite was tastefully decorated, I felt like at home. The location of this hotel short walk to a lovely establishment as well as England for that price was unbeatable. Cafe Matty's Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Very pretty venue with beautiful, spacious rooms, wonderful bathroom and wonderful breakfast. Very friendly staff.
The hotel is located on the entrance road to Bath and is not very quiet. There were three of us and we got an extra bed for the third person, but the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. The hotel is far from the centre and you need a car.

Comfy stay with a few hiccups
The room was really nice and the staff were super friendly! Breakfast was yum too, though we had to deal with a dripping shower for 2 nights. It was a bit loud, and the staff didn't fix it after we asked a couple of times. Oh, the honesty bar is a cool feature!

would definitely recommend for a cursory stop
Spacious room, cute staff, the service provided by Ms. Francesca was really good, helping us find places to explore and making our stay comfortable despite the room entry being directly from outside.
Everything was flawless.
